● This competition (“Promotion”) is open to anyone aged 18 years or over, worldwide unless prohibited by local law. Employees (or family members of employees) of any group company of the Promoter (“LW Entertainment”), companies associated with the Promotion and all affiliates of such companies may not enter this Promotion.
● In entering the Promotion, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Promotion, including proof of age.
● There is a limit of one entry to the Promotion per person and per household. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted, and joint submissions are not allowed.
● Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them when entering this Promotion.
● How to enter: to take part in this Promotion, you must follow @phantomoftheopera and tag a friend on the post. Entries submitted via any other means will not be accepted.
● Closing dates: All entries must be received by 11.59 pm (UK time) on 23 October 2025. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
● Winner selection: There will be one winner selected. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the closing date of the Promotion.
● Claiming prize: the winner will be notified by email to the email address used to submit their entry within 7 days of the closing date. To claim the prize, the Winners must reply to this email within 48 hours to arrange the prize.
● Prize: A Licensed To Charm Phantom of the Opera Jewellery Set, with a retail value worth £110, to be shipped by Licensed To Charm.
● The Prize is not negotiable, refundable or transferable. No substitution can be made for the prize. No cash alternative is given.
● The Promoter reserves the right to replace the Prize (or any part thereof) with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.
● You must abide by the instructions of the Promoter in order to claim the Prize.
● The prize will be fulfilled and shipped directly by a third party (Licensed to Charm). The Promoter is not responsible for the delivery, condition, or timing of the prize once it has been dispatched. Any and all issues relating to shipping, customs, duties, or delivery must be resolved directly with the fulfilment provider.
● Delivery times may vary depending on the winner’s location and are subject to the shipper’s terms and conditions.
● The winner is solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges incurred as a result of receiving the prize in their jurisdiction.
● If any winner is not able, for any reason, to accept a prize, or does not respond to the Promoter’s notification within 48 hours of the draw date, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.
● The Promoter’s decisions shall be final and binding in all respects on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full with these entry terms and conditions will be disqualified.
● The Promoter accepts no liability for loss, damage, or non-receipt of the prize once it has been dispatched by the third party.
● To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents, distributors and/or affiliates (including the Supplier) will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner(s) or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize except where it is caused by the gross negligence of the Promoter, its agents, distributors and/or affiliates or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
● The Promoter will use each of the winner’s and/or entrants’ personal details for the purpose of administering this Promotion. The Promoter will not ask for any payment details from the entrant. Details of the prize winner’s name and address will be available for one month after the close of the Promotion and then after this time we will remove these details from our database.
● Winners/entrants agree to allow the Promoter unlimited use of their name and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without additional remuneration, unless prohibited by law.
● This Promotion, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. You irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this Promotion.
● This Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by local law.
● This Promotion is not open to employees or agents of LW Entertainment or Licensed To Charm.
● Andrew Lloyd Webber and LW Entertainment reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these terms and conditions at any point.
