On November 21st, the Black British Theatre Awards took place at the Old Finsbury Town Hall in London, and some of Cinderella and The Phantom of the Opera’s incredible cast members took home well-deserved awards.
The cast members and their wins were: Ivano Turco, Cinderella - Best Supporting Male Actor In A MusicalCaleb Roberts, Cinderella - Best Male Actor In A Musical & Best Supporting Male Actor In A Musical. Lucy St. Louis, The Phantom of the Opera - Best Female Actor In A Musical
Hosted by Grammy, Tony & Emmy award winner Cynthia Erivo and Star Wars, Black Panther and Killing Eve star Danny Sapani, this year’s awards pushed for acknowledgment and celebration of the legacy of Black theatre trailblazers.
We couldn’t be more proud of all of our nominees and winners, and are honoured to be involved in such a prestigious and important event!
