Andrew Lloyd Webber: A Passion for the Pre-Raphaelites new documentary for ITV1

On Sunday 1 May at 10.15 pm, ‘Andrew Lloyd Webber: A Passion for the Pre-Raphaelites’ will air on ITV1. In the programme Andrew gives an intensely personal view of the 19th-century artists who inspired him to amass one of the most distinguished private collections of Pre-Raphaelite art in the world. The documentary is directed by award-winning filmmaker and novelist James Runcie.

The programme is part of a four-part series entitled ‘Perspectives’. Other episodes feature Hugh Laurie on the music of New Orleans, Sir Ian McKellan on the life and legacy of LS Lowry and Robson Green on the artist’s movement in 1930s Northumberland.
