It’s October, and the Halloween festivities in London’s West End are well and truly underway! From dancing to your favourite Phantom tracks at Musical Theatre Rave, to trying a Phantom-themed tipple at London Cocktail Week, to catching a glimpse of the masked mystery at His Majesty’s Theatre, there are so many opportunities to immerse yourself in the Phantom-ification of London this October.

  1. See The Phantom of the Opera at His Majesty’s Theatre

This month, The Phantom of the Opera celebrates 37 years since its premier at His Majesty’s Theatre in London in 1986. What better way to mark the occasion than to catch a performance of Phantom back where it all began? And, for the month of October, the Opera Ghost himself has taken charge of His Majesty’s Theatre. Be prepared for a very special welcome upon your arrival to the theatre, look out for the Phantom photo op and expect the unexpected… Book now!

  1. Enjoy the Espresso Mask-tini

This year, Cecil’s Bar at Theatre Royal Drury Lane have teamed up with London Cocktail Week to create Songs and Spirits: A West End Cocktail Collection, as part of which wristband holders can sample six show-themed cocktails at the site of London’s oldest working theatre. Available from 12-22nd October, our Phantom-themed cocktail, the Espresso Mask-tini, makes for essential sipping. Find out more.

  1. Have the Phantom glow-up you deserve

Londoners, you can’t celebrate Halloween without looking the part, right? Well, our limited-edition, glow-in-the-dark Phantom T-shirt and tote are available exclusively for October. Those coming to see the show this month, don’t forget to stop by the His Majesty’s Theatre merch store to get your hands on these glowing garments. Not able to catch us this time around? You can still enjoy a little illumination by purchasing the pieces through our online store.

  1. Attend the West End’s biggest Musical Theatre Fan Convention

Musical Con, the place to be for musical theatre lovers, takes place at London’s ExCel Centre from 21-22nd October. Fans of The Phantom of the Opera and other Andrew Lloyd Webber shows will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the world of ALW Musicals with an unforgettable visit to the composer’s music room. And if last year’s Con is anything to go by, get ready for some impressive Phantom Cosplay.

  1.  Dance to The Music of the Night

The Halloween Musical Theatre Rave, held at HEAVEN on Sunday 22nd October, will feature its very own Phantom flair. Costume is encouraged, so come in Phantom fancy dress to receive a free mask and lipsync for your life to win a Phantom merch bundle.

  1. Not in London? No problem

Whether or not you are spending October in London, you can still celebrate spooky season Phantom-style, by trying out the new AR mask filter, streaming the music and entering the YouTube Shorts competition. Wherever in the world you may be, have a Phan-tastic Halloween!
