‘Any Dream Will Do’ reaches number one in the UK singles chart

Jason Donovan, who starred as Joseph in the 1991 London Palladium revival of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, reached number one in the UK charts with the single version of ‘Any Dream Will Do’ in June 1991.

The accompanying video featured Jason onstage at the London Palladium, accompanied by the children’s choir who also featured in the show. The single stayed at number one for two weeks
