Theatregoers to benefit from Chancellor‘s VAT cut

The Really Useful Group is taking the lead in the West End and has announced this morning that it will be passing on the reduction in VAT, in full, to its customers from Monday on all ticket price ranges for _The Sound of Music_ and _Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat_.

To achieve a sensible price point, The Really Useful Group shall be passing on more than the VAT reduction to get to the next nearest 50 pence. e.g., a £55 ticket will cost £53.82 after the VAT reduction but we shall reduce to £53.50.
