The Maria and Joseph Finalists Find Success
When we started on our _How Do You Solve a Problem Like Maria?_ journey we never thought we might discover more than one winner. It is so pleasing to me that almost all the finalists from _How Do You Solve a Problem Like Maria?_ and _Any Dream Will Do_ have gone on to find work in professional theatre.
Connie Fisher
Connie won _How Do You Solve a Problem Like Maria?_ and starred as Maria at the London Palladium until February 2008. She won the Best Newcomer at the London Critics’ Circle Theatre Awards (jointly with Andrew Garfield) and Whatsonstage.com Theatregoers’ Choice Awards London Newcomer of the Year.
Helena Blackman
Helena went on to star as Dorothy in _The Wizard of Oz_ at the Leicester Haymarket and is currently starring as Nellie Forbush in the UK tour of the Rodgers and Hammerstein classic _South Pacific_.

Siobhan Dillon
Siobhan is currently playing Patty in _Grease_ at the Piccadilly Theatre. She is also the understudy to Sandy.

Abi Finley
Abi starred in a revival of Tim Rice’s _Blondel_ before going on to star as Serena Katz in the UK tour of _Fame_. Abi was also voted the 2007 Jewish woman of the year.
Aoife Mulholland
Aoife went on to play Roxy Hart in _Chicago_ at the Cambridge Theatre. She is currently playing the role of Maria for two performances a week in _The Sound of Music_ at the London Palladium. She is also set to star in forthcoming Danny Patrick film _The Best Years_.
Belinda Evans
Belinda went on to join the West End production of _The Phantom of the Opera_ at Her Majesty’s Theatre.
Laura Sicurello
Laura completed her scholarship MA course in Musical Theatre at the Mountview Theatre School.
Leanne Dobinson
Leanne starred alongside Marti Webb in _Snow White_ at the Theatre Royal, Windsor last Christmas. She will shortly be appearing in _A Rough Guide to Musicals_ at Jermyn Street Theatre.
Meliz Serman
Meliz returned to London’s Guildhall to complete her Masters in classical music and is now pursuing a career in showbusiness.

Lee Mead
Lee won _Any Dream Will Do_ and continues to play the lead role of Joseph in _Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat_ at the Adelphi Theatre until June 2008.
Keith Jack
Keith will be playing the Narrator in Bill Kenwright’s UK tour of _Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat_.
Ben Ellis
Ben landed a role in a West End production of _The Music Of Dirty Dancing_ and from October 11th will play the role of Link Larkin in the West End production of _Hairspray_.
Craig Chalmers
Craig is starring as Joseph in Bill Kenwright’s UK touring production of _Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat_. Craig is also a member of Dream On, a band formed by 5 of the finalists of _Any Dream Will Do_.
Lewis Bradley
Lewis will stand-in for Lee as Joseph in _Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat_ for 25 shows in 2008. In the meantime, Lewis will be touring as male lead in Chicago & Beyond, an anthology show covering all the great musicals. Lewis is also a member of Dream On, a band formed by 5 of the finalists of _Any Dream Will Do_.
Daniel Boys
Daniel is appearing as Austen Bennett in the UK production of gender-swapping musical _I Love You Because!_ at the Landor Theatre in Clapham. In December he will be joining the cast of _Avenue Q_ in the West End.
Rob McVeigh
Rob will be appearing in Cinderella at the Sheffield Lyceum this Christmas.
Seamus Cullen
Seamus is starring in _Thriller Live!_ the UK and European tour of the Michael Jackson and Jackson 5 story. Seamus and his band Mosquito are also recording a new album.
