Love Never Dies album number one across key retailers in China
This week the Love Never Dies album – which includes, as a bonus track, soprano Liping Zhang’s Mandarin-language version of the song ‘Love Never Dies’ – has reached number one across key retailers in China.
Image shows Andrew Lloyd Webber with Sumi Jo from Korea, Liping Zhang from China and Ayaka Hirahara from Japan, who all recorded their own local language version of ‘Love Never Dies’.

I am a big fan of Phantom of the Opera and love to sing like Christine. (actually my favorite singer is Sarah Brightman and Celtic Woman and Hayley and I would like to be a singer like them)

I have just seen Mad About the Musicals in Scarborough, take note Kerry is worthy of any starring rolle in West End especially as the character Jody played in Oliver and in Les Mis. I have watched all Shows on BBC for Joseph etc and predicted the winner of all of them in first show except for Dorothy in second show because I had some personal sadness. I am not a singer I am in a wheelchair and so pleased Lord Loyd Weber managed to overcome his illness.

I have enjoyed your music for many years, what a wonderful gift you have been given, Sir Andrew. I live in Australia and am currently watching Any Dream Will Do, knowing that Lee Mead was the winner. He was my pick all through, as was Connie for Maria. Of course here in Australia we only get Oz actors so are not able to see Lee or Connie live in their winning roles. So, it would be really great to have your Company bring Joseph or The Sound of Music to Oz with Lee or Connie. There will be many many people who have follwed these programmes, what a delight to see the winners “in the flesh” . I know it would be expensive but please, please will you consider it. Miss all your London productions makes me wish we hadn’t emigrated all those years ago. All the best. Barb Harvey
