Joseph on Children in Need:Tickets Available
Following the announcement earlier in the year, Andrew Lloyd Webber’s The Really Useful Group is delighted to confirm that tickets are now on sale for the special charity performance of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor® Dreamcoat on Friday 16th November, to coincide with the BBC’s Children in Need Appeal night.
Lee Mead will be at the BBC Television Centre to kick off the live show at 7pm and will then hotfoot it to the Adelphi Theatre to star in Joseph at a slightly later than usual performance time of 8pm.
The children’s choir selected by Any Dream Will Do will also make an appearance in this special performance and the show will be signed by Dr Paul Whittaker. (Hearing impaired patrons should contact Customer Relations on 0870 895 5505).
All box office receipts from this special performance of Joseph will be donated to BBC Children in Need, so hurry, book your tickets now to support this very worthy cause. For this performance only, the tickets are priced at £17.50-£59.50 and are only available from SEE Tickets (Box Office: 0870 895 5598).
Joseph‘s relationship with BBC Children in Need includes a previous gala performance for the charity in July and a BBC Children in Need single released by Polydor under licence from RUG. The single includes a new recording of Any Dream Will Do by the public’s Joseph Lee Mead and the heart-wrenching “Close Every Door” by Lee and the other two finalists Keith Jack and Lewis Bradley. All net proceeds from the sale of the single will also go to BBC Children in Need.
