Andrew and Danielle attend A Night of Heroes

Last night, 15th December, Andrew attended A Night of Heroes: The Sun Military Awards 2010 at the Imperial War Museum. Andrew was accompanied to the ceremony, which honoured the bravery of members of the armed forces, by his new leading lady, Danielle Hope. Danielle will star as Dorothy in Andrew’s new production of _The Wizard of Oz_, which opens in spring next year.

They were joined on the red carpet by celebrities and members of the royal family, including Prince Charles and The Duchess of Cornwall, Prime Minister David Cameron, David Beckham and Katherine Jenkins.

Phillip Schofield and Amanda Holden hosted this exclusive evening to recognise the many members of the military who have gone beyond the call of duty over the past twelve months. The eleven winners were nominated by the British public and senior figures in the military.

A Night of Heroes: The Sun Military Awards 2010 will be broadcast at 9pm on Friday 17th December on ITV.
